My iMac crashed and froze in the middle of July 2023 and while I was able to have it fixed, all the repair center could recommend to do about the internal 1TB hard drive was replace it. All my years of research data, lecture notes, and manuscripts (including my thesis!) suddenly became inaccessible. Thankfully, ISS Data Recovery had the expertise to not only perform software-based file retrievals but, crucially, they were able to work on damaged parts within the hard drive itself, allowing for about 850GB of my personal files to be retrieved and recovered. While their location (Zapote Road) seemed prohibitive at first, particularly for someone based in Quezon City such as myself, their staff were kind and considerate enough to offer remote solutions such as allowing for courier drop-offs for the hard drives and remote online file viewing post-mortem. Will definitely recommend them to friends, students, and colleagues who are in desparate need to recover crucial files. ☺

We had a problem with our server and cannot provide any workaround to salvage the files, our last option was to send it to a data recovery center, that is when ISS Data Recovery was introduced to our company. Our server is on RAID 5 system, making it more complicated to retrieve the data, but with their expertise we still managed to get hold almost all of the files lost. They're also very considerate when it comes to schedule. We encountered several mishaps on our side during the attempt to start the transfer prolonging the process, but we were still given consideration for the whole operation to finish.
