They were able to recover our data (all of which were .BRAW files) in just 2 days (because we availed the rushed service). While the service was expensive, it was absolutely worth it! Before coming to ISS Data Recovery, we had gone to a different recovery center. Unfortunately, they didn't perform their job properly and lacked transparency. Their reports were very vague, and our HDD was with them for a frustrating 2 weeks. In contrast, ISS Data Recovery's team was highly professional. Our HDD underwent a thorough 5-day diagnostic process, and the recovery itself took only 2 days.
