They were able to recover our data (all of which were .BRAW files) in just 2 days (because we availed the rushed service). While the service was expensive, it was absolutely worth it! Before coming to ISS Data Recovery, we had gone to a different recovery center. Unfortunately, they didn't perform their job properly and lacked transparency. Their reports were very vague, and our HDD was with them for a frustrating 2 weeks. In contrast, ISS Data Recovery's team was highly professional. Our HDD underwent a thorough 5-day diagnostic process, and the recovery itself took only 2 days. And during this anxiety-inducing (and high stress level) waiting time, they were able to give us constant updates, so that really helped a lot. Highly recommended!

The ISS Data Recovery Center has excellent service and kind, professional people, in my humble experience. However, despite the fact that these individuals are exceptionally competent at what they do, please be aware that data recovery is costly. Regarding their customer files, I want to acknowledge that they comply with the Data Privacy Act. Lastly, I appreciate the freebie that they send to me in form of a mini calendar.

ISS was able to recover over all my files worth 600+ gb even when the hard drive had scratches and was damaged. When my hard drive first failed I was panicked since it held all my work files, all my photos and videos of memories, and more. But ISS was able to recover all my files. They are transparent when it comes to the process, the fees, and are there to inform and guide you during every step of the recovery process.
