ISS was able to recover over all my files worth 600+ gb even when the hard drive had scratches and was damaged. The ISS Data Recovery Center has excellent service and kind, professional people, in my humble experience. However, despite the fact that these individuals are exceptionally competent at what they do, please be aware that data recovery is costly. Regarding their customer files, I want to acknowledge that they comply with the Data Privacy Act. Lastly, I appreciate the freebie that they send to me in form of a mini calendar.
