They were able to recover our data (all of which were .BRAW files) in just 2 days (because we availed the rushed service). While the service was expensive, it was absolutely worth it! Before coming to ISS Data Recovery, we had gone to a different recovery center. Unfortunately, they didn't perform their job properly and lacked transparency. Their reports were very vague, and our HDD was with them for a frustrating 2 weeks. In contrast, ISS Data Recovery's team was highly professional. Our HDD underwent a thorough 5-day diagnostic process, and the recovery itself took only 2 days. And during this anxiety-inducing (and high stress level) waiting time, they were able to give us constant updates, so that really helped a lot. Highly recommended!

When my external hard drive holding most precious memories of 15 years was dropped last February I thought it was the end of the world. Luckily the local shop didn't open it I panicked and I remembered ISS and sent it asap.
