ISS was able to recover over all my files worth 600+ gb even when the hard drive had scratches and was damaged. They were able to recover our data (all of which were .BRAW files) in just 2 days (because we availed the rushed service). While the service was expensive, it was absolutely worth it! Before coming to ISS Data Recovery, we had gone to a different recovery center. Unfortunately, they didn't perform their job properly and lacked transparency. Their reports were very vague, and our HDD was with them for a frustrating 2 weeks. In contrast, ISS Data Recovery's team was highly professional. Our HDD underwent a thorough 5-day diagnostic process, and the recovery itself took only 2 days. When my external hard drive holding most precious memories of 15 years was dropped last February I thought it was the end of the world. Luckily the local shop didn't open it I panicked and I remembered ISS and sent it asap. My iMac crashed and froze in the middle of July 2023 and while I was able to have it fixed, all the repair center could recommend to do about the internal 1TB hard drive was replace it. All my years of research data, lecture notes, and manuscripts (including my thesis!) suddenly became inaccessible. Thankfully, ISS Data Recovery had the expertise to not only perform software-based file retrievals but, crucially, they were able to work on damaged parts within the hard drive itself, allowing for about 850GB of my personal files to be retrieved and recovered. While their location (Zapote Road) seemed prohibitive at first, particularly for someone based in Quezon City such as myself, their staff were kind and considerate enough to offer remote solutions such as allowing for courier drop-offs for the hard drives and remote online file viewing post-mortem. Will definitely recommend them to friends, students, and colleagues who are in desparate need to recover crucial files. ☺
