ISS Data Recovery is so helpful in every step of the way. They respond promptly and work professionally. I was able to use their service at the comfort of my home. The recovery took too long for my case since they said it's complicated but the important thing is they have recovered some of my files.

They were able to recover our data (all of which were .BRAW files) in just 2 days (because we availed the rushed service). While the service was expensive, it was absolutely worth it! Before coming to ISS Data Recovery, we had gone to a different recovery center. Unfortunately, they didn't perform their job properly and lacked transparency. Their reports were very vague, and our HDD was with them for a frustrating 2 weeks. In contrast, ISS Data Recovery's team was highly professional. Our HDD underwent a thorough 5-day diagnostic process, and the recovery itself took only 2 days. And during this anxiety-inducing (and high stress level) waiting time, they were able to give us constant updates, so that really helped a lot. Highly recommended!

When my external hard drive holding most precious memories of 15 years was dropped last February I thought it was the end of the world.
